That means we pull out all the stops and go the extra mile for you. Members receive access to ALL of our wines. Most are limited in production and available only through the tasting room or online. CLUB FAQS

When do my Benefits begin? 
Once signed up, your benefits start immediately. There is no fee to join but you must commit to two shipments. A $50.00 fee may be charged if you cancel before your second shipment. Cancellations must be made 3 weeks prior to club shipment date.

When are Shipments sent?
Shipments are sent 3 times a year – Feb, May, Nov. We send an email notifying you of the upcoming shipment a few weeks prior to shipment date.

How do I customize the wines in my Shipment?
We’ll include a direct link to available wines that you can change or add to your shipment in the email notification sent two weeks in advance. Pay attention to deadline dates to make changes. If there is a wine you want that is not listed, please contact our Wine Club/Shipping Manager is Emily Walker at wineclub@hpwines.com, or call or text to 805-894-1249.

I’m traveling. Can I postpone my Shipment?
Yes, please call or email our wine club manager with your requested shipping date by the deadlines stated in our notification email. We are happy to hold shipments for consolidation within reason. You can skip one shipment per year without affecting your membership. Notifications must be made at least 2 weeks before shipment.

How do I update my Account Information?
Each Wine Club Member has an account. You will need it to access your wine club information online. If you forget your password, send yourself a reset at log in. Once in, you are able to update your information, and also see your purchase history. Changes such as customizing wines, updating addresses and credit cards, or making special arrangements due to vacation or travel, should be made in the time period stated in email. Shipments are charged to your credit card at scheduled date.

Shipping & Returns Information
Shipping is Fed Ex Ground/Home unless otherwise stated. HI and AK is by FedEx 2nd Day. Shipping is at cost. All shipments must have an adult signature (no exceptions); therefore, business addresses are recommended when possible. 

If you are traveling or unable to have someone of age to sign while you are gone, let us know ahead of time of an appropriate ship date. If your package is returned and it is not our or the shipper’s fault, you are liable for expenses. The carrier will attempt to deliver three times before returning the package to us. We are sensitive to all weather considerations, heat, cold, storms. Shipments may be delayed due to inclement weather. 

Pickup Information
We are happy to accommodate pick-up requests for our local members. Those designated as Pickups have 45 days to pick up at the tasting room unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. After 45 days we cannot guarantee those wines will be available.
